Kelechi Anosike has emerged victorious in the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) governorship primary election after securing a landslide win over his closest challenger, Chief John Okiyi Kalu.
The keenly contested primary election saw Anosike poll a total of 16,543 votes, defeating Okiyi Kalu, who garnered 3,145 votes. The outcome further strengthens Anosike’s position within the party ahead of the forthcoming governorship election.
