Honourable Osinachi Hycinth Nwaka, Director General of the Ministry of Finance Incorporated (MOFI) in Abia State, recently hosted a strategic breakfast meeting with youths from Itunta Ibere at his residence, reinforcing his commitment to grassroots engagement and youth empowerment.
The gathering created an opportunity for meaningful dialogue, as the youths interacted directly with the DG on issues affecting their community and future prospects. The highlight of the meeting was the donation of a motorcycle to one of the youths, a gesture aimed at supporting self-reliance and economic productivity.
Addressing the attendees, Honourable Nwaka emphasized the importance of hard work, integrity, and responsibility as key values for personal and community development. He assured the youths of his continued support through empowerment initiatives designed to improve their livelihoods and encourage financial independence.
He also called on the youths to support the administration of Governor Dr. Alex Chioma Otti, noting that ongoing developmental strides across Abia State are worthy of continuity. Nwaka further pledged to look into critical challenges facing Itunta Ibere and work towards practical solutions that will benefit the people.
In response, the Itunta Ibere youths expressed appreciation for the honour and support extended to them. They reaffirmed their commitment to unity, peace, and the elimination of crime and social vices within their community.
