Another Attack Happened In Ikwuano Lga In Abia State. Against The Life Of Hon. Nkem Uba Ebilah Even As He Is Currently Embarking On The Recently Announced Education Support Program.
Report has it that those same councillors who sometimes ago in june 2025 attacked and beat up one Mr Ejike Okpechi Boniface a revenue agent under oboro ward2 to the extent he coughs out blood and was hospitalized. They made away with his 580k, smashed his Iphone etc. inside the Ikwuano LGA headquarters one Monday early hours.

Rt. Hon Nkem and his PA Mr Emmanuel Nwagu was trying to carry his constituency legacy project solar street lights and poles approved by the governor of Abia state Dr Alex Otti. to light up all dark areas in his constituency Oboro ward2.
News has it that
Hon. Akobundu Agomuo Whispered to Hon. Ejike William for them not to allow him take his solar street light back to his people with the intention of denying oboro2 people their right again even after they all have taken and fixed theirs already in their various wards.
During their argument” Rt Hon. Nkem Uba asked his PA and one other boy I told him to make arrangements for to assist him in loading the street lights panels and the aluminium poles into the truck he hired to convey those materials back home to his ward.
But it was publicly observed by all that Hon Sunday Okoro Uche and Hon. Akobundu Agomuo violently attacked Rt. Hon. Uba refusing and his PA from loading their light and hon Akobundu
started throwing his light inside Hon Ejike William office against my wish because those remaining street lights are all mine and my name Hon. Nkemjika Ebilah and oboro ward2 was boldly written on all the poles.
I then blocked the entrance of hon Ejikes office to stop hon Ako from taking my constituency lights in there and thereby preventing my people from taking it back to my ward for the purpose it was meant for.
but Hon Akobundu Agomuo started fighting me throwing punches at me so I had to defend myself because it became clearer that their attack was deliberate and aimed at my life because he repeatedly said I may not leave the ikwuano LGA headquarters alive if time is not taken he will kill me just the way he kills animals so I had to defend myself against all he threw at me haven seen that they actually conspired to attack me.
Hon. Akobundu threatened that he will kill me, and further stated that his heart is not clean but very bitter towards me and as he is looking at me I look like a dead man to him if i hon Nkem Uba don’t leave that LGA premises.
While Hon. Sunday Okoro Uche held my PA by the neck while they exchange serious punches against one another.
Though some Well meaning individuals ran inside the legislative house to separate us which the fight escalated from inside of the house to the outside and it drew lots of public scene as witnessed by four military men of the Nigerian Army with Ak47 and in uniform on special duty with a white man contractors that visited our LGA that afternoon because it was indeed a public show of shame again in ikwuano LGA headquarters by those same councillors carrying out cultism activities in ikwuano LGA.
The situation heightened to the point and people intervened so I had to drag my PA into my car before those military men and many others present and drove out of the LGA for safety.
I Rt Hon. Nkem Uba Ebilah is hereby calling on the Executive governor of Abia state Dr Alex Otti OFR. Not to wait until someone is killed inside ikwuano LGA headquarters before taken actions to sanction those councillors carryout cultism activities and bringing shame and disgrace to his good government.
Uba also said that all the injustice mated on him has been reported severally to both the honorable commissioner for LGA and Chieftaincy Prince Uzo Nwachukwu among others but it seems that the mayor of ikwuano LGA Dr Anthony Nwaubani is shielding and supports their evil act’s.
With the hit of the attack on hon. Nkem Uba last Tuesday” He recall that it was the same way Hon. Akobundu Agomuo and hon Sunday Okoro Uche and Hon. Ejike William sometime in June 2025 attacked and beat up oboro ward2 Abia arise coordinator Mr OKPECHI BONIFACE and later learnt that he reported the matter to the Abia state Police command while undergoing serious treatment in the police clinic.
Hon. Sunday Okoro Uche quickly ran to zone9 because he is a councillor and petitioned Mr OKPECHI BONIFACE they brutally attacked actually raped his wife and made away with goods worth over 2.7million.
Police arrested them before he intervened and secured those innocent people’s release.
And now the same people has conspired again to deceive the Nigerian police and wrote another petition against me alleging whatever is in it just avert justice from catching up with them and report has it that they had planned to falsely accused me of using a gun to defend myself while they attacked me whereby defaming my character for the second time after going on air previous to associate my name and the Nigerian police force Abia command over the death of Mr Ejike Williams wife we know absolutely nothing about and neither has ever seen her before.
Let it again be on record that Hon. Akobundu Agomuo and hon Sunday Okoro Uche attacked me on Tuesday 10th 2026 after they tried all they could to stop me from carrying out my legislative functions they conspired to fight me and kill me while I was trying to take back home my constituency solar street lights approved for my constituency by the governor haven taken back home theirs the same way they ate the money for grading of local roads under me as of 2024 December yet nothing was done to savage that ugly situation till this day because they mayor supports all their evil acts against me maybe out of wickedness greed and envy they have against me because I am working and representing my people well even with my little resources while they do literally nothing.
