The Federal High Court in Lagos has issued an interim forfeiture order on a property linked to popular entertainer and socialite, Pretty Mike, located in the Victoria Island area of Lagos State. The ruling followed allegations that the property was being used for drug distribution and storage.
Justice Musa Kakaki, who presided over the case on Tuesday, granted the request after reviewing an application filed by the relevant authorities. According to the filing, investigators claimed that the building was tied to illicit narcotic activities and posed a risk to ongoing anti-drug enforcement efforts.
The court’s decision allows for temporary seizure of the property while further investigations and legal proceedings continue. The order is part of broader efforts by law enforcement agencies to curb drug trafficking and dismantle networks operating within major urban centers.

Meanwhile, the entertainer, widely known for his controversial lifestyle and high-profile social appearances, has not yet publicly responded to the court’s action. It remains unclear whether he will challenge the order or present evidence contradicting the allegations.
Further legal hearings are expected in the coming weeks, during which the court will determine whether the property will be permanently confiscated or returned.
