The first time Burna Boy met Davido was in 2011 in Port Harcourt. Burna was running behind Davido’s car, telling him and his brother, B-Red, how much he loved them.
When Davido got home, Burna Boy kept making posts about him on Twitter. Eventually, they met again and became good friends in the industry, even recorded songs which wasn’t released in the end.

But today, Burna Boy drags Davido every year unprovoked. He’s calls Davido talentless and accuses him of bending the truth.
Despite this, when Davido was asked about Burna Boy during an interview, he praised him, saying he was happy Burna won a Grammy.
Davido said he had always believed in Burna since the day they first met in 2011 and that is very true. He made many tweets about Burna when he was a nobody in the industry.
This speaks volumes about life and the loyalty of a p00r man.
Davido has done so much for Afrobeats. The least his colleagues can do is respect his legacy.
But Burna Boy and Wizkid have made it a habit to drag Davido every time they’re about to drop a project—and it’s really concerning.
If you believe you’re more talented than Davido, why not focus on your music and let him be? Why must you drag him? Why is everything he does, including his houses, such a problem for you?
You say you’re bigger than Davido, yet you keep clout-chasing with his name. That’s diddyish.
