Abia State Governor, Dr. Alex Otti, has announced a bold initiative to transform the historic Ojukwu Bunker and War Museum in Umuahia into a world-class tourism destination. The Ojukwu Bunker, a landmark site from the Nigerian Civil War, holds immense historical significance as the underground military command center of the then-Biafran government.
