Governor Otti Inspects Ongoing Projects in Umuahia

‎Governor Alex Otti, OFR, is not the kind of leader who gives out jobs and goes to sleep without strict supervision to ensure that the jobs are executed in strict compliance with the terms of engagement.

Despite having a monitoring and evaluation unit in his administration, the Governor always create time to visit project sites to get first-hand information about the quality and progress of work being done by the contractors.

‎Yesterday, 5th April, Governor Otti inspected some ongoing projects being executed by his administration in Umuahia. The Governor was on the streets of Umuahia from Aba after the Anambra Community in Abia State rolled out the red carpet in a grand civic reception in honour of his impactful and people-centered governance.
‎
‎The Anambra Community in Abia State endorsed Governor Otti and further declared that they would lead his second-term re-election campaign in 2027.
‎
‎From the venue of the reception, the peoples’ Governor made a brief stopover at Opobo junction, Ogbor-Hill, Aba, where he greeted by jubilant crowd of supporters who trouped out in their numbers on sighting the convoy of their beloved Governor, chanting solidarity songs.

‎As he arrived the State Capital, he inspected the Water Fountain at Opara Square Roundabout, the ongoing drainage work being done by Planet Project, the company handling the Abia Mega Transport Terminal Project, and the ongoing renovation and remodeling of Opara Auditorium.
‎
‎Governor Otti expressed satisfaction with the quality and speed of work done so far and pointed out few areas that needed some adjustments.

A jubilant crowd greeted and followed their Governor in solidarity throughout the inspection tour.
