Hon. Obi Aguocha’s Monthly Grant Scheme: Empowering Ikwuano/ Umuahia Federal Constituency

In line with His Excellency Dr. Alex Chioma Otti’s transformative leadership, Hon. Obi Aguocha has launched a monthly grant scheme to support economic growth and development in his constituency.

1. Empower entrepreneurship: Provide seed capital to drive innovation and job creation.
2. Enhance livelihoods: Improve quality of life for vulnerable individuals and families.
3. Foster community development: Promote social welfare and economic growth through community-driven initiatives.

Eligibility Criteria:

1. Residency: Beneficiaries must reside in Ikwuano, Umuahia North, or South Federal Constituency.
2. Age: Applicants must be 18 years or older.
3. Membership: Beneficiaries must be registered/financial members of Obi Aguocha Front-liners.

Impact:
The scheme is expected to:

1. Stimulate economic growth: Contribute to job creation and economic development.
2. Improve livelihoods: Help vulnerable individuals and families meet basic needs.

The grant scheme aims to support up to 1,500 individuals before the end of Hon. Obi Aguocha’s first tenure.

Hon. Uzo Uko stated that the group, created 3 years ago as a political structure, has been transformed into a development structure to give back to supporters. He encouraged supporters to identify and register with the structure in their respective wards, appreciating Hon. Obi Aguocha’s commitment to transparency and democracy. He prayed for God’s guidance and protection for the Rt. Hon. and promised continued hard work at the grassroots level.
