An Abia State based business man and the CEO of De Modx Global Ventures Mr Ihunnia Modestus warns that it’s very expensive to live in Nigeria than in other foreign countries.

He made this known while speaking with journalist at his umuahia shop outlet when visited by some journalist who were on the spot assessment to ascertain price of goods and services in the market.

Speaking earlier Mr modestus highlighted that in the UK 1£ (One Pound ) is enough to cook a pot of meal wheres when converted to our Nigerian currency it can barely get you a snack, while also stressing that a lot of households can no longer afford a bag of rice talk more of other ingredients.

Mr modestus went further to state that there has been a great drop down in sales as customers laments lack of money and prices of goods, also calling on the president His Excellency Bola Ahmed Tinubu to as a matter of urgency look into the ravaging hike in prices of goods and services by regularizing the prices of certain goods and services as this will go a long way to ensure essential items are more affordable, control inflation and ensure fair compensation for producers, fairness and increased productivity.
