A senior military officer (not below Wing Commander),

General Eligibility Criteria
Nationality: Must be a Nigerian citizen by birth.
Age: 20–32 years (medical consultants: 25–40 years).
Fitness: Applicants must be medically, physically, and psychologically fit with no criminal record.
Height Requirements: 1.66m minimum (male), 1.63m minimum (female).
Serving Personnel: Must have at least 5 years of service, hold the rank of Corporal or above, and obtain approval from their commanding officer.
Academic Requirements
Minimum Qualification: Second Class Lower (B.Sc./B.A.) or Upper Credit (HND).
Additional Advantage: Master’s degree, computer literacy, or professional membership.
O’Level Requirement: Five credits including English and Mathematics.
Medical Applicants: Must submit registration certificates from recognized professional bodies.
