According to police authorities, the deployment is part of comprehensive security measures being coordinated with sister agencies to maintain law and order before, during, and after the election.
The officers will be strategically positioned across the 21 local government areas, covering polling units, transportation routes, and sensitive locations to deter any form of violence or electoral malpractice.
