President Bola Ahmed Tinubu is expected to preside over a pivotal Council of State meeting on Thursday at the Presidential Villa, Abuja, where he may present nominees to succeed Prof. Mahmud Yakubu as Chairman of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).
