Abia State Governor, Dr. Alex C. Otti, OFR, has approved the appointment of three individuals to key positions within the state administration.
The new appointments, announced on October 3, 2026, cover the areas of signage and advertising, industrial innovation, and National Assembly affairs.
According to a statement signed by Ferdinand Ekeoma, Special Adviser to the Governor on Media and Publicity, the appointments take effect immediately.
The newly appointed officials are:
Hon. Godwin Adindu has been appointed Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Abia State Signage and Advertisement Agency (ABSAA).
Ms. Sandra Ivonye-Ntofon is the new Chief Executive Officer of the Abia Industrial and Innovation Park.
Mr. Emenike Vincent Onyembi has been appointed Senior Special Assistant to the Governor on National Assembly Matters.
The appointments place the three officials in strategic roles within the Abia State Government, with responsibilities spanning public advertising regulation, industrial and innovation development, and coordination on matters involving the National Assembly.
The Abia State Government is expected to formally commence the implementation of the appointments immediately, following the Governor’s approval.
The announcement was signed by Ferdinand Ekeoma on behalf of the Governor’s media office.
The newly appointed officials are:
- Hon. Godwin Adindu — Managing Director/CEO, Abia State Signage and Advertisement Agency (ABSAA).
- Ms. Sandra Ivonye-Ntofon — Chief Executive Officer, Abia Industrial and Innovation Park.
- Mr. Emenike Vincent Onyembi — Senior Special Assistant to the Governor on National Assembly Matters.
