Umuhu Ward Labour Party Stakeholders Endorse Alex Otti, Danlington Nwokocha, Obi Aguocha and Anderson Akaliro for 2027 Elections
Stakeholders of the Labour Party in Umuhu Ward have unanimously reaffirmed their commitment to supporting Governor Dr. Alex Chioma Otti, Senator Danlington Nwokocha, Rt. Hon. Obi Aguocha, and Hon. Barr. Anderson Kelechi Akaliro ahead of the 2027 general elections.
During a stakeholders’ meeting held on June 21, 2027, members emphasized the importance of presenting a united front to strengthen the party’s position and ensure continued development and effective representation at all levels of government.
The stakeholders declared that the collective voice of Umuhu Ward would play a significant role in shaping the outcome of the 2027 elections. They expressed confidence in the leadership and performance of the endorsed candidates, stating that their continued service aligns with the interests and aspirations of the people.

According to the stakeholders, voting for all Labour Party candidates in 2027 is in the best interest of Umuhu Ward, as it will guarantee continuity in governance, sustained development projects, and quality representation.
They also called on all eligible voters across the ward to obtain their Permanent Voter Cards (PVCs) and actively participate in the electoral process.
The group urged residents, party faithful, youths, women, and community leaders to remain united and mobilize support for the Labour Party at every level of the election.
They reiterated that widespread participation and voter turnout would be crucial in delivering victory for the party’s candidates in the 2027 general elections.

The meeting, which took place at the residence of the Chairman of the Umuhu Ward Labour Party Stakeholders Forum, Barr. Johnson Kalu, in Ihite Ude, Ofeme, Umuahia North, emphasized the importance of delivering votes for all Labour Party candidates. Barr. Kalu urged residents of Umuhu to remain united, noting that every vote would be critical to securing victory for the party in the 2027 general elections.
The endorsement serves as a strong signal of grassroots support within Umuhu Ward and reflects the stakeholders’ determination to consolidate the Labour Party’s influence ahead of the forthcoming polls.
