The National Directorate of Employment (NDE) has announced the commencement of registration for the third phase of the Renewed Hope Employment Initiatives training programme in Abia State, inviting eligible unemployed residents to apply.
According to a public announcement issued by the NDE Abia State office, the registration exercise is open to unemployed individuals between the ages of 18 and 45 years who are interested in acquiring vocational skills and improving their employment opportunities.
The registration exercise began on Thursday, July 23, 2026, and will run for one week, ending on Wednesday, July 29, 2026.
Eligible applicants are advised to complete their registration through the official NDE websites at www.nde.gov.ng or www.nderegistrationportal.ng within the stipulated registration period.
The agency emphasized that participation in the registration exercise is completely free of charge, warning applicants not to pay any individual or organization claiming to facilitate the process.
Residents seeking additional information or assistance can visit the National Directorate of Employment (NDE) Abia State Office located at Amuzunta, Old Umuahia.

The announcement was signed by Mrs. Wachuku Tessy O., State Coordinator, NDE Abia State, who encouraged all qualified unemployed youths and adults to take advantage of the opportunity provided under the Renewed Hope Employment Initiatives to enhance their skills and improve their chances of securing meaningful employment.
